Can I Exchange the Parts I Bought?

We offer a 30 day return or exchange policy, if for any reason within the first 30 days you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the item for a refund, or exchange it for another item.  The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and the process listed below must be followed.

Performance Plus Returns/Exchange Process:

Step 1: Please fill out the form below and explain the reason for your return or exchange

Step 2: We will then contact you within 24 hours and issue an RMA number

Step 3: Ship the items back to the address we provide and a credit will be issued(or replacement item shipped based on your request)

Return/Exchange guidelines that must be followed to ensure a timely and full credit. 

1) All Items must be in original package, not damaged or altered in any way(if the item is damaged or altered a credit will not be issued)

2) The RMA number must be included in the package or on the box (If no RMA number is included with the package a credit may not be issued)



You should expect to receive a refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.  However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
