To install this dash just snap it over your existing factory dash and cup holders, there is no need to remove anything from your existing factory dash.
Typically we open the glove compartment push in real hard and screw the screws inside of the flange. There should be enough of a gap for the door to still close and it will not show any screws on the outside.
All you need is a few screws on each side to hold everything flush with the factory dash. Other people prefer to screw right in the front of the dash. Either way is perfectly fine. The installation is complete.
